Reviews From Central Florida Roofing Customers

Several shingles came off during the storm and water started showing near the laundry room. AJ took pictures from the roof, showed me the damaged section, and covered it until the crew could return. Weather pushed the repair back two days. They kept me posted and the temporary cover held.

We had a small leak around the vent over the hallway. They found the problem, fixed it, and showed me a picture before leaving. Took less than an hour.

We got three estimates for our roof. DeSantis was in the middle on price, but their estimate was the easiest to follow. It explained the basic replacement and what could change if they found bad wood after removing the old shingles. The material delivery took up more of the driveway than we expected. We moved one car to a neighbor's house for two days. During removal, the crew found a soft section near the back corner and sent us a photo before adding it to the bill. That pushed the finish into the next morning. The final amount matched the updated price we approved. The yard looked normal again by the weekend, aside from a little dust on the patio furniture.

The leak only showed up when rain came from one direction, so it had been hard to track down. The roofer spent time in the attic, then checked the area around a pipe on the back side of the house. He resealed it and replaced a few shingles. Two heavy rains later, the ceiling is still dry.

Fixed the leak over our laundry room. Thanks.

It wasn't a big job. I called DeSantis Roofing, explained what my problem was. AJ came, looked at it and a little later sent me a quote. I accepted and the rest is history. He came and did the work to perfection. I am very happy. I would recommend DeSantis Roofing. Really, no matter how big or how small. AAA+++

AJ gave us a transparent quote for the tear-off and replacement. No hidden fees at the end. The crew left a little dust on the patio furniture, but the roof is solid.

Another company told me I needed a full replacement. Called these guys for a second opinion and they pointed out that it was just a failed boot around a plumbing vent. Cost me a few hundred bucks instead of ten grand. Appreciate the honesty.

Our roof was 18 years old and starting to lose granules. DeSantis Roofing made the replacement painless. Quote was accurate and the new color really updates the house.

Desantis roofing did a very good job on our roof. We got four quotes from other companies and the price is about the same. What sets Desantis apart is their workmanship, attention to detail, the clean-up that they provided. I would use them again and would refer Desantis to others.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with DeSantis Roofing. I found a leak in my home and had no idea where it was coming from or even what I was supposed to do. I searched Google for roofing companies near me, compared the two that came up, and decided to go with DeSantis because their reviews seemed honest and genuine. I’m really glad I did! I submitted a quote request online and received a call within the hour. They were able to schedule an inspection first thing, which was a huge relief. AJ was great! He thoroughly inspected the roof and found that the builder had not properly sealed the off-ridge vents. There were also exposed nails that were causing the leak and potentially other leaks we didn't even know about. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense and told me exactly how he could fix it. What really impressed me was that AJ came prepared with all the materials needed to make the repairs right then and there. He didn't just fix the vent I originally called about—he addressed everything he found and provided a warranty for his work. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went the extra mile. That is something you don't come across as often as you should anymore. I’m very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend DeSantis Roofing and AJ to anyone who needs a roofing company. I’ll definitely be sharing my experience here and recommending them whenever someone I know needs a roofer. Thank you, AJ, for taking care of my home and making what started as a stressful situation so easy! 👏

Had a branch come down on the back corner of the house. They tarped it same-day to prevent more water damage and did the permanent fix a week later. Good service.

As first-time homebuyers, finding out we needed a new roof was stressful. We got three quotes and AJ's was right in the middle. I liked that the estimate was detailed. The crew worked hard, though they accidentally trampled some of my wife's flowerbed. The roof itself is flawless though.

They once again did an outstanding job on our roof. I’ve hired them before and they’ve never let me down. This time it was a full roof replacement, and their attention to detail was exceptional. While other contractors might overlook the small things, this team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.

Walking outside after a storm, I noticed shingles scattered across our lawn, and I knew we couldn’t ignore our roof’s condition any longer. I called a roofing company in Apopka, and their friendly response made me feel like they genuinely …

We had a new roof installed by a different company in 2020. A leak developed inside master bath, the prior company no longer exists in Florida. Called DeSantis Roofing and received prompt service! Leak was caused by an incorrectly placed goose-neck vent, we opted to replace all four. There was a leak ongoing in garage from before 2020, and DeSantis Roofing fixed that also!

I highly recommend DeSantis for any roofing work. Their team was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. My roof looks fantastic, and I am beyond happy with this roofing company.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. DeSantis Roofing Inc was responsive, professional, and provided top-notch service. They completed my roof repair in just one day and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone!

The best roofing company I’ve worked with! DeSantis Roofing Inc. handled my roof replacement quickly and efficiently. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. If you need a trustworthy roofing company, these are the guys to call.
